MULTI-TRACK RECORDING

DRY HIRE
Gives you the freedom to utilize a fully equipped space while maintaining complete control over your project. With dry hire, you’re able to focus on your creative process without the constraints of a set team or predetermined workflow: ideal for producing, tracking, live recording, video shoots or mixing. Long-term and weekend hire options are available.
LIVE RECORDING
Offers a fast and authentic way to capture your music, ideal for creating affordable demo EPs or experimenting with song arrangements. By recording multiple tracks simultaneously, it preserves the natural energy and flow of a live performance. Great for songwriters and bands looking to quickly flesh out ideas, try different arrangements, or document a raw, unpolished take.
FULL SERVICE VIDEO PRODUCTION
An ideal space for video shoots. We can connect you with a selection of experienced videographers who work seamlessly alongside our engineers. This collaboration ensures that both your audio and video are professionally captured, creating a cohesive and high-quality final product. Whether it’s a music video or other promotional content, we provide everything you need.
REHEARSAL SPACE (+ Music Tuition Space, Podcasting)
The live room is fully equipped with top-of-the-line gear and a multi-channel PA system, providing the perfect setting for rehearsals of all kinds. Rehearse late into the night without worry and the room’s natural wooden acoustics are ideal for everything from full band sessions to solo artists prepping for performances, duos, trios, quartets and classical string ensembles. We can also accommodate as a Music Tuition space or even host workshops with up to 20 participants, due to the available parking on site.
